{green light for black & white...}

We got the green light from our landlord last night to paint the door from our kitchen to the back den with chalkboard paint. The rest of our house is all white, so I think this will be a fun contrast. I've been having a great time this morning finding all kinds of inspiring chalkboard images.

{a crafty nook...}

I invited a colleague over this morning to take a look at my apartment that I hope to leave in August. She fell in love it with it, especially my work nook. I snapped a few photos to remember the space, and while it's adorable, I'm keeping fingers & toes crossed to find something a little bigger in the next apartment!
