{up in the treetops...}


C and I are off to a treehouse-themed wedding this weekend. I have no idea what to expect, but I imagine it will be lovely and whimsical!

Remember that dress I was looking for? I tried on several at Holt Renfrew (ranging from $350-$500) and in the end, settled on a short little cutie from Winners for only $25!!! Now, to find the perfect little heels!

    My MIL always shares the story of how her dress cost all of $25, and then she lent it out to her friends.

    I spent all of $35. for my vintage gown, from the original owner...a burlesque dancer, that wore it for her stage act in the 1940's.
