Today's Toronto Hotel highlight takes us to trendy King Street and the chic boutique hotel - Hôtel Le Germain.
The open breezy design still manages to be warm and welcoming. I particularly love the restaurant Victor that seats guests at a 15-foot-long harvest table serving family-style, Canadian-inspired cuisine, by Executive Chef David Chrystian.
King Neighbourhood Tip: To enjoy one of Toronto's most expansive wine cellars, venture just a few blocks west to Le Sélect Bistro. The steak frites are heaven!

Those shelves in the first pic are fantastic! I'm enjoying all of your hotel posts...none even look like hotels, it's so great! I really need to go and visit Toronto now....but where to stay is the question!
ReplyDeleteI love Le Select! French Onion Soup...straight to my thighs, I mean, stomach. Yum!
ReplyDeleteI love that way of dining! We have a couple of restaurants like that in Seattle where they serve really good comfort food and you, as a guest, don't want to leave!
